How to whitelist a website in AT&T

Some customers who use the Express PowerPoint plugin are unable to access designs automatically in the plugin because AT&T has blocked access to the service. You can add an exception to AT&T security center to allow PowerPoint to access the Presentationpro library in a few short steps while keeping AT&T security going.

When AT&T blocks a website or a web service from loading on any device on your network, a block message/notification will be sent out from the AT&T Smart Home Manager App.
If you see the notification pop up from the Smart Home Manager App on your mobile device, click on the notification and you will see the Blocked URL and a button to Allow Access. If you trust the URL, click the Allow Access Button.

If you have notifications from AT&T disabled, you may miss the alert.
To see all of the alerts.
1. Open the Smart Home Manager App from AT&T.
2. Once you are logged in, click on the top right icon for messages. All of the notifications and account alerts will be here.
3. You should see the alert about the blocked website. Click on the notification.
4. Make sure that the URL specified is "presproexpress.presentationpro.com"
5. Click Allow Access.

Now restart PowerPoint and try loading the Express Plugin again.

I appreciate how Express keeps us informed about potential issues and provides easy solutions. Whitelisting Presentationpro in AT&T's security center was a breeze. Now I can continue using my favorite designs in PowerPoint without any worries. https://block-blast.io
