How to Edit Chart Data in Excel-Linked Infographics

PowerPoint Designs > Infographics

First, make sure Microsoft Excel is installed.

  1. To Edit Data, right click on the numbers or percentages on the graph. 
  2. In the embedded worksheet, only enter data in the yellow area. Please do not modify the grey cells in any way.
  3. To enter additional data, add new rows or columns within the yellow area. This will ensure all formulae are copied automatically.
