Error 0x5 During Installation

During installation of the product, the following error message is shown:
APD.dll "Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5."

The installation has been attempted on a Windows machine that has Microsoft Office 64 bit installed.

ActivePrez is not currently compatible with the 64 bit version of Microsoft Office, even if it is compatible with Microsoft Office 32 bit on a Windows 64 bit machine.

We recommend (as do Microsoft) that you continue to use 32 bit Microsoft Office to ensure maximum compatibility with your existing applications. Here's what Microsoft say:

"If users in your organization depend on existing extensions to Office, such as ActiveX controls, third-party add-ins, in-house solutions built on previous versions of Office, or 32-bit versions of programs that interface directly with Office, we recommend that you install 32-bit Office 2010 (the default installation) on computers that are running both 32-bit and 64-bit supported Windows operating systems."
